Welcome to the Bergen Rugbyklubb junior team. We have the principles of rugby: camaraderie, fair play, respect and teamwork. These principles are taught as building blocks before entering into Senior team.
During the season, we currently train twice a week and play matches on the weekends. Our matches are played in Bergen and around Norway. Last season the Juniors went on tour to England and we are hopeful of a tour to Poland and Sweden in the near future. We have a great coaching team who have been certified through the World Rugby Get into rugby program up to Rugby Educator level and through our organized rugby training programme players learn skills to enjoy this great game including scrummaging, tackling and scoring all with safety as paramount.
The Juniors pride themselves on friendship, a great sense of humor and fun and a strong work ethic whilst playing the game they love – rugby. Many of our Juniors have played for the Bergen Rugbyklubb Seniors and also the National Junior Team against other countries
If you would like to come and try the Juniors and you are aged between 8 to 15 come and meet us at Krohnsminde (next to Danmarksplass) on Sundays 11:30
Junior training takes place all year round.
